Lousy. I had a terrible experience. The first interview was with the local HR in Bangkok. She informed me that I needed to do an online test. The reason was that they didn't want a bias selection for their candidate. The test was quite a length, be prepared to spend about 4-5 hours on the test. After I completed the online test, I was told that I have to go through an interview with the hiring manager, thereafter, there is another proctor online test. I wonder if the selection career is worse than Facebook/ Google. However, the hiring manager did not like me and I did not proceed to the next round. Overall, it is a waste of time as they have super high expectations of the candidates! This job was first posted on Q3 2017, and they still have not hired anyone for this position yet. If the prospective candidate see this, it is still not to late to withdraw.

I went for a phone interview. I am sure I did well for the phone interview with the HR. However, I was told that they needed to concentrate on existing candidates. So why waste my time in the first place. They have this online test and the selection is crap!

Interview
The interview process is very cumbersome. After the first round of interview, you are assigned to do an online test. It consists of personality, IQ, verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning. The questions were insane! When I attempted the questions, there were technical errors and I informed the HR. She then reset the test, again I faced with technical issues. This time, instead of helping me to resolve the issues, she rejected my applications. I believe that this role should be based more on the experience instead of solely based on the online test. The HR mentioned that this is required for all senior management. Come on, I am not interviewing for a job with a salary of US$30,000. Why should the process be so lengthy and tedious? I believe qualifications and experience says it all.
