Interview
I applied through Stackoverflow jobs for this position based on the Bangkok location. First, they sent an Hackerrank test(12 multiple choices & 3 problem-solving programs). Mostly, I answered all except 1 problem-solving question. They moved my application for the next round as Skype Video Call with Mobile Team lead from Bangkok. The interviewer asked very basic questions(OO Paradigm) from Java.
I didn't given satisfy answer. So they didn't process my application for the next round.

Interview
The process took two weeks. A recruiter contacted me via e-mail and asked me to know me better through a Skype Interview. We arranged for the day and the hour and the Skype call arrived in time. She started asking me general questions related to my resume and to myself, and asked me if I ever went to Budapest (where the office where I applied is located). Then she showed me a power point with general information about the company, the position, the benefits etc; then she explained me that the recruiting process was divided into different steps, including a telephone call with a role play, a language quiz, and a final interview. I was notificated and prepared in time for the next steps. Some days later I rc
I received the phone call with the role play was very friendly and easy and the girl was very warm and made me feel comfortable. The day after the call I received a link with a language test, that had to be made into 60 mins, with two case studies into the two languages of my competence (Italian and English); I had to pretend to be an Agoda customer service specialist and I had to answer to these emails, and they'd have checked my grammar, syntax, level of politeness, email structure etc. The day after I received an email from the same recruiter of the beginning of the process, telling me that she had taken a look at my scores and that I had unfortunaly not fulfilled the requirements.
