Applied for a role in Agoda Malaysia via Glassdoor and received an email from Agoda requesting to select a date for half an hour phone interview. On the day the phone interview suppose to take place, no one called. Sent an email to the Recruiters and they said will check, later on they gave a different date to be selected for phone interview (that did not take place earlier) which was 2 weeks away. Selected a new date and waited for the call. Again no one called but instead this round, the Recruiter sent an email (at the same time the phone interview should take place) stating the position is closed and they have identified someone for the role with not a single apology or explanation.
Totally unprofessional and an unpleasant experience.

Interview
Had a phone interview from Agoda just few days after i applied this position. Afterwards, she arranged an interview the following week and told me there will be assessments, role play and face to face interview.
On the interview day, i was told there will typing test and email assessment. For typing test, minimum is to get 30 words per minute. As for the email assessment, they gave a scenario and I was told to reply the email within 20 mins. If you pass both typing test and email assessment, then there will be a face to face interview. I passed both but unfortunately failed face to face interview,
The person who interviewed me was really a cool person and the whole interview session went well.
