I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Agoda (Bangkok) in Jan 2017
Interview
Online coding test and tech interview. If you pass them, you will get a homework. You can submit the homework within a week.
If they like it, you will be asked for an in-person interview with accommodation and flight tickets provided.
In that interview, you'll spend the whole day for tech interviews where you need to prepare for algorithm and data structure.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Agoda
Interview
They ask VERY strange questions in the form of a six hour psychological exam administered by q4solutions.com. I kid you not, they ask questions like: Sometimes, Often, or Rarely rate the following: "Sometimes I feel like stepping into mud and letting it ooze between my toes" " I like to touch sculptured objects with my hands".....seriously...
Comp was WAYYY below Tech average and isn't discussed until the last step after 1 phone screen, 2 skype interviews, 6 hours of Psychological and Mathematical testing (I have a MBA from a top 10 US MBA school and can send you my 90% quartile GMAT--can you not waste my precious recruiting hours?), and 2 days of on-sites.
Not worth spending 4 days recruiting with them for a WAY low salary offer.
