Agoda interview questions

They ask VERY strange questions in the form of a six hour psychological exam administered by q4solutions.com. I kid you not, they ask questions like: Sometimes, Often, or Rarely rate the following: "Sometimes I feel like stepping into mud and letting it ooze between my toes" " I like to touch sculptured objects with my hands".....seriously... Comp was WAYYY below Tech average and isn't discussed until the last step after 1 phone screen, 2 skype interviews, 6 hours of Psychological and Mathematical testing (I have a MBA from a top 10 US MBA school and can send you my 90% quartile GMAT--can you not waste my precious recruiting hours?), and 2 days of on-sites. Not worth spending 4 days recruiting with them for a WAY low salary offer.

One quick call with hiring manager from Hong Kong which sounded very busy like walking on the street, and face-to-face interview with country manager which actually launched the business from scratch
