Agoda interview questions

The interviewer was very professional and had a specific type of questions prepared for the interview. In professional terms - I have no remarks/complaints. The main issue is: The interviewer was very strict and maintained the "poker face" during the interview. Which is obviously acceptable. I believe that every interviewer/candidate should ask himself whether a non-friendly type of conversation is suitable for him. For me - it is a huge turn-off.

First was an online IQ exam, followed by an over the phone interview, followed by two face to face interview with the country manager and that was the final stage.
