Agoda interview questions

Short but on point need to be prepared on the question as it is very general question. Mostly abut customer service and how to take complaint. Been interview by 3 person with 2 stages.

Interview process went quick , however HR will never respond if you want to reschedule as time conflict arises , I haven’t run into any situations like this in my whole career , very unprofessional and time wasting as your interviewee has spent so much time for interview preparation.
