I applied through job posting on LinkedIn an received an invitation email for participating an online test, including a coding exercise. Only after I had completed the online test (with a positive result, maybe), someone from Agoda contacted and arranged a 2-hours interview session consisting of 2 consecutive rounds, 1 hour each. You must pass the first round (2 coding exercises) to attend the second round, or you will fail immediately. I think I did not perform well in the 2nd round, because no one has ever contacted me again after the interview session.
