After passing the English written assessment, I interviewed for less than 30 minutes with HR. The interview session was chill. Most of the questions were asked from my resume. I didn't pass the next stage - interviewing with the hiring manager. I guess it is due to a lack of experience in customer service.

The interviewer was nice and keen to hear. We spoke for some 20 minutes. They said that after the interview there would be a test and a second interview after the test.
