Agoda interview questions

First start with written test. Then panel interview with two managers. Overall smooth process and HR was flexible with starting date so that was a plus point. However heard from several other employees that there are different flows of hiring process but this was based on my experience.

1. do 2 hours online assessment 2. phone screen call from HR for 15 mins 3. rejected due to work experience not relevant the process is terrible. HR does not even spend a few mins and share your application with the hiring manager for review first. instead of ask job applicant to do 2 hours online assessment.
