The process consisted of an online assessment, a recruiter interview, a case interview, and a final-round case presentation (where my process ended). There were supposed to be two additional case interviews afterward, making the overall process quite long.
For the case presentation, I was asked to prepare a 30-minute presentation based on a take-home case study, which I submitted one week in advance. However, the interview did not follow the communicated format. The interviewer joined around 20 minutes late and began with questions already covered in earlier rounds, followed by an unexpected consulting-style case.
My take-home presentation was not referenced until I pointed out that the session was meant to focus on it. It was then acknowledged that the wrong interview format had been recorded internally. As a result, I had only about 15 minutes left to present a case designed for a much longer discussion, making the session rushed and ineffective.
The final round felt unprepared and misaligned across the team. Given the significant time investment required and the number of rounds planned, the lack of coordination was disappointing and honestly disrespectful.
