Interview
I applied online via Agoda's website, and then I got a call to confirm my date for the interview.
There are 3 stages. Firstly, you have to interview with an HR for 30 minutes via online platform. Secondly, you will have a take home test writing two emails in English and your native language, and you have to calculate numbers a little bit (easy).
If you are shortlisted for the final interview, you will have the interview with the manager ( your future leader).
The last stage is the final interview with the hiring manager for 1 hours via online. They will ask you about your resume in details, and there is a role play about a promblem regarding a booking.
They are very professional and friendly, so just be yourself and have a nice talk with them!

Lengthy. Had to follow up recruitment for a response after interviewing online, in person, with executive manager. No response after this. Followed up twice just to receive an automated response.

Not sure about the process. The only step I know is an initial online test and that is also poorly conducted. The link is always shaky and when informing the HR about it, I was sent a rejection email without attempting for the test
