Agoda interview questions

Applied online through Agoda's career page. 2 days later I received a phone call informing me of an assessment I have to complete in order to proceed to the next round. The assessment was, in my opinion, is a test for language proficiency and customer interaction skills. It was based on crafting an email response to a customer or vendor. After passing the assessment, I was scheduled for an online interview and subsequently a face to face interview. All of the hiring managers and acquisition team were very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. You SHOULD prep well for the interview though, they ask a fair bit of questions that assess your character and opinions on matters related to the job.
