Ghosted by interviewer, told a call was being rescheduled and then radio silence. Thrown straight to an outsourced skill assessment with zero prep. An incredible frustrating experience- did Agoda get rid of their entire recruitment org?

Interviewer is so friendly and they make casual conversation which makes you so comfortable and always just be yourself. They'll give a simple scenario of a customer and would just ask you to role play and see your problem solving skills.
