Agoda interview questions

Took three interviews including one with HR and then ghosted. Followed up with HR but no response. Been 3 months. It’s ok to not get the offer but not ok to ghost candidates.

I took a 45 minute assessment, which included some difficult questions and a web cam video portion. Then the recruiter reached out to me and we arranged a call. The recruiter never showed up for the call, and told me that it was previously canceled due to a time conflict, but it remained on my calendar. Then she told me she would reschedule and I never heard from her again. Completely unprofessional from an established company, particularly after completely the lengthy assessment.
