I did several SHL assessments, since I’m familiar with SHL like questions for several position I did several round assessments and I can assure that I get over 90% accuracy but every time I finished test there is no feedback, and for the last time the personality question was already fulfilled but other part not … so I just suspect I did all of those assessments for other candidate! And many positions are hiring for years and in todays market there are many fake positions but I didn’t expect Agoda doing this tricky because it’s big company and I also checked those positions they are hiring from 2020/2021 for same position today is 2023! If you are not really hiring please stop wasting candidate’s time and stop this “hiring for advertising” trick, just sick of it

I would like to highlight here that , these folks have an absolute absurd interview process + absurd feedback when you ask them for feedback . They actually wasted an hour of mine , I rescheduled the interview once since I had some emergencies , would have been better had I withdrawn my application it self . The interview says he wants to ask system design question and then says what would be the parameters of this API , that’s a basic which even a basic developer would also know while trying to code . A company which can have dancing monkeys as brand ambassador would never respect true talent .

Interview
I got a call for the initial screening by the recruiter after I cleared the aptitude test. Told them that I'm still waiting for the updates on some previous interviews, and that their process is not very transparent. She promised me that she would get back to me the next day, but its been more than a month, and she has still not replied to my emails asking for an update. Now they've started rejecting my applications for roles that they've interviewed me multiple times in the past for.
