Agoda interview questions

They gave the first assessment which took almost 4 hours for me to complete! With a lot of IQ repeated questions instead of technical. After I passed in the second round , they gave me simple question about myself which took 11min and they reject me on that. You need to talk to person first and know them then waste their time for 4 hours for many repeated and long stupid questions! But these big companies they do whatever they want unfortunately and that's why I am reluctant to join the big companies.

I applied online and received an email to complete and aptitude test. After finishing and passing the same, I was sent an email to block time for an HR screening round. During this call, basic questions like why agoda, what did you like about the app, dislike about the app, and salary expectations were asked. After this, the interview process took a turn for the worse. The first technical interview was rescheduled 4 times and eventually an interview was conducted by a junior resource. I was rejected after this round and when I asked for the feedback, I was ghosted.
