So unprofessional. Applied for the EM role, got an automated email to sign up for an interview slot which I did. The interview seemed to go ok, mostly just situational questions, but didn't hear back for a week, so I emailed the recruiter and got absolutely no response. Literally over a month later I get an email from a different person saying "oh sorry we are late but we are going to pass". I don't mind that they reject me but just being SILENT for a month is just crazy. If this is the first impression as a candidate, I can't imagine what it is like as an employee.... shesh.

Interview
First there was a screening round, where they explained the comp and that the role is an IC role with no PMs or APMs, which is very odd. Next, they said there would be an online assessment followed by a few product rounds. They planned to do mapping to product functions later, based on interviews. The online assessment was of 25 minutes with 18 questions of Indian B School entrance level, which is very odd and ridiculous for a senior PM role. Got feedback, apparently I was at 42 percentile, and they need 80 percentile

Interview
Recruiter will conduct a short phone call for pre-screening. This is followed by a online call / interview will take place. During this online call / meeting, there will be questions and role playing scenarios.

- Roleplay: Pick up a call of a customer who has a booking for a hotel. Once the customer arrived, they can't find the place and are calling you for help.
