With a phone interview from Singapore HR department. They will make an appointment with you through e-mail first. During the phone interview, asked a few questions within 30 minutes.

Normal question about the position and your past experience.
You never really know if you passed the assessment or not—there’s no clear feedback or explanation for not being selected, even if you did well. Quite a disappointing interview experience overall.
I received the interview invitation from the company and then attend a face to face interview at the office. Before that I submitted the logical and personality tests and went through with it. I met the local manager for the interview.
Smooth process. Interviewers asked well-thought questions and also provided space for me to ask them questions.
I felt comfortable and the interview seemed more like a conversation, which enabled me to answer with less pressure.
