Agoda Backend Engineer interview questions

I applied to Agoda in Late October 2019. Before this, I prepared for it for two months with System Design and Problem Solving. I was pretty confident I am a good fit for this job. I good two CoderPad interviews. I was told on email those are to evaluate my coding skills. But at the interview, I wasn't asked for any problem solving and no technical question was asked. I was asked about my work at the office and my project management skills. I have two years of experience and the job was for entry level. I didn't expect to be asked about the project management. The part make me feel bad is I don't know what I need to improve to get into Agoda. I knocked the recruiter for more feedback she didn't give me any answer.

Interview process started in December. Skype interview. Mostly discussed my previous projects. Few technical questions regarding programming. Get a home test that i submitted in 2 days. Then another skype interview in which we discussed the solution of take home test. Now flying to Bangkok for further interviews. Lets see what happens next
