Primera entrevista con RRHH, muy agradables, posteriormente unos test lógicos, SHL, había matemático, lógico, y de SQL. Despues eran dos entrevistas con senior managers, en las que se hacían un business case, son un poco específicos y relacionado con los datos, pero normalmente la respuesta final tiene que ver en que los datos en los diferentes países es diferente.

Extremely Lengthy, Waste of time,
Step 1) Apply Online, vet CV
Step 2) Recruiter reach out for a quick chat for expected salary and arrange timing through an automated app (which has conflict with schedule hence requiring a manual call). There is always some issue with schedules... Upfront the recruiter will tell you to not have too much expectations on salary as Bangkok has lower cost of living (RED FLAG)
Step 3) 3-4 hours long psychometric test to do at home
Step 4) Interview with Hiring Manager 1
Step 5) Interview with Hiring Manager 2
Step 6) Take home case study (3 long questions on data analysis, data visualisation, DB building and SQL)
Step 7) Interview with Hiring Director
Step 8) Wait for results
Overall there is TOO MANY interview and steps in the process and a lot of time wastage, and a reminder was given on pay expectations every step of the process. It will be great if right at step 1 the recruiter were to say what was their budget and not waste everybody's time.
