Aerotek interview questions

Call with the internal recruiter, then with the head of recruiting. Then brought in office to meet with the team and potential Manager. They want a positive and go-getter attitutude.

Pretty easy and straight forward. The internal recruiter I spoke with actually gave me a list of the questions she was going to ask the day before our interview which was nice. They definitely appreciate follow ups and you have to bug them if you really want the job. Bad part is you don’t interview or meet with the local manager who is actually your boss. Hard to tell if you will work well or align when corporate is handling new hires.
