Interview
Phone and office interview went extremely well. They offered more money than I expected. The phone interviewer was highly impressed with my answers. The office interviewer offered me a position as a team lead but retracted the offer after I accepted the job.
Relatively easy. One in person interview and a couple hours of shadowing. After that you would have an off site meeting with other account managers or recruiters before an offer was made.
Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.
