Aerotek CSR interview questions

One on one interview in which they ask you to describe your customer service skills, what you know about Information Technology. They ask you to describe what is your gaming experience and which games you play. They are really looking for someone who is into gaming and specifically Nintendo games, consoles and handhelds, They will go over the training class to see if you can handle the training session before you are put on the phones.

Did a phone screen that was pretty basic. Then interview in office with a senior account manager. They really try to talk you out of the job, make you fight and convince them this is actually what you are looking for.
