The interviewing process is fairly easy. Typically it starts with a phone screen, phone interview, an in office interview, followed by a half day of shadowing. Once you have your first phone screening, they will send you an email with useful links, resources, etc. Look over them to prepare yourself by taking some notes about Aerotek and position. They will ask general interview questions as well as behavioral questions. Just apply past experiences with the questions they ask. Don't forget to let your personality shine through and be yourself. :) I only went through the screening and phone interview. I have my next interview next week. So far interviewing with Aerotek has been a great experience.

Question 1
What are three things that motivate you other than friends and family?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek (Boise, ID) in Oct 2014
Interview
Simple, phone interview that landed me the job. The questions were extremely basic and it seemed like he was pretty much just looking to see if I had a pulse. Was offered the Job as a customer service rep for Maximus within 20 minutes of talking with him on the phone, all I had to do was pass a background check.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Initially applied online for a position as a customer service representative by submitting my resume. About a week later I received a call from one of their recruiters where the recruiter asked me a little about my work experience and what skills I had to see if the recruiter could submit my information to the client that was looking to hire some customer service reps and then the recruiter made an appointment for 2 days later for me to come in for a 1 on 1 interview and fill out a bunch of paperwork that I needed to fill out in order for the recruiter to submit my information to them The interview process took about 1 hour in total which consisted of the 1 on 1 interview where the recruiter asked me about my various positions and previous work conditions, then I filled out the usual paperwork and after i was completed the recruiter advised me tat she would submit my information to the client. two days later i received a call from the recruiter to advise me tat the client was interested in interviewing with me and that i would receive a confirmation e-mail regarding the date and time of the interview. The day of the actual 1 on 1 client interview was pretty straight-forward with them and actually only took about 10 minutes for the entire interview process to finish which I though was fairly easy compared to how much you have to go through just so you can find out what the actual position is all about. After a week later from the client interview and bunch of calls from me to the recruiter who set up the appointment with them to see if they had informed the recruiter if i had received the position the recruiter finally returned the call and only to inform me that the client was not interested in me and decided to hire other candidates at the time. A couple days later i received a call from the same recruiter telling me that there was another position that i may qualify for but that it was only 3 weeks long which I accepted but the thing was that this client only needed someone for about 4 days there after i call the recruiter again to see if there was another assignment since this assignment was cut really short but the recruiter said that there weren't any other positions at the moment but that if i found any that i should call and let them know. A month and a half later they still have not been a able to find me another assignment so whats the point for all theses staffing companies. companies should just continue to do their own hiring which would make it a whole lot easier and faster not the other way around.
