They invited me via e-mail to take a written English exam at the company's HQ. The recruiter was not helpful or responsive when it came to answering some questions. When I got to the exam, it turned out they didn't know that I, like a few other candidates, live 700 km away from their headquarters. When they realized that, they offered me the possibility to take an oral exam on the phone three days later.
After that, I was invited to a group interview, also at the company's HQ. This time, they also didn't offer to cover travel expenses to any of the candidates that had to go to another city (this would be understandable in a first stage).
HR staff was not interested in knowing the applicants. They were rude to answer some questions and it seemed that they didn't really listened what was actually asked.
One comment that was made by recruiters during the interview was that "this company is like a roller-coaster and it is very difficult to predict what can happen in a month's time". That's not how you make people want to work for you.
