AdventHealth Corporate interview questions

The phone screen was conducted after a phone interview and face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. The process was "backwards" and was not very organized. They did not get back to me in a timely manner.

Received a phone call from hr scheduled appointment for interview. Went to interview. I met with hr then with the manager and has to draw someone's blood on the spot so they would see if I knew all the proper drawing procedures as well as order of draw with tubes.
