Referred by an employee for three positions. Received an email asking me to set up a phone interview for the first position. Responded four times over two weeks via email (no phone number provided) with no response. Received an email thanking me for coming in for an interview for the second position (that never occurred), but they are going with another candidate. Check Taleo to see that all three positions went from "Under Consideration" to "No Longer Under Consideration". Then, last Thursday, I received another email asking to set up a phone screen for the third position. I responded immediately and still have not heard back. When I mention this to the referring employee, she says "We know HR is terrible. Sorry."
