AdventHealth Corporate interview questions

I am a very happy employee of Advent Health. From the security desk to the interviewing supervisor, everyone made me feel welcomed and valued. The interviewing supervisor was great, and speaking with her did not have me feeling anywhere near as nervous as I was when I first walked into the building. Applied online. About 2-3weeks received a phone call that I would be interviewing with 3 people. all of the questions asked were "Tell me about a time when..." (this was relating to my clinical experience and work experience at McDonald's since I've never had actual nursing experience before). The questions were lengthy and I could answer one of them. After I took a skills assessment test. Drug calculations (no drops per minute or pump or fluid or weight calculations), matching the medication to the class, definition of positions; labels for left, right, and both eyes; standard vitals; where to inject certain medications; how many ml to inject in certain places. Know your conversions (ml, mg, tsp); Critical thinking ("what would you do"... I found that this was the hardest part)
