The interview process is a meeting with Centracare administrators with the medical director being one of them.
You will not be told about the mandatory backup days unless you know about this policy and ask specifically about it. They will say the healthcare is free, it isnt. They will not tell you how many shifts you will work, they just say full time and you will get paid for any hours over this. They wont tell you it is at a base pay rate unless asked. They will tell you you have another provider working with you, but wont tell you that that is for certain clinics and you may very well see 45-50 patients a day on a weekend shift of 9 hours as a sole provider. They wont tell you you will likely leave more often than not late from work. They tell you the doors lock at 8pm, but dont mention that that doesn't always happen as the staff responsible for locking the doors cant because they are too busy checking in the 3, 4 or 5 patients that came in at the last 5 minutes of operating hours which allows more people to walk in after 8pm that cant be turned away because they made it through the doors despite being after closing hours. There is so much more, but there isnt enough time to go over what they dont disclose to you during the interview process
