I received an email to complete a behavior based survey after submitting my resume. The next day, I was invited to schedule for a phone interview with a recruiter. I completed my phone interview (which was very pleasant) and was congratulated on moving forward to the next step, an interview with the hiring manager. I confirmed my second phone interview for the next day and never received a call from the hiring manager. I called both the recruiter whom I interviewed and the hiring manager who was to conduct my second interview and neither one returned my call or responded to my email. The next day I called both again, no response. If you decide that you no longer want to move forward with a candidate (even after you tell them you are interested in moving forward) the courteous thing to do is to express your regret via phone or email. This is HR 101. I am surprised at the highly unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior of such a company.
