Applied, was notified I was selected to move forward for a virtual assessment. Questions were subjective with no context “how would your boss describe your work ethic” worse than most, somewhat worse than most, somewhat better than most, better than most as well as attention to detail questions. I was not selected for interview after completing this assessment. From a candidate experience perspective this was very poor practice. The organization should look to add a recruiter screen before the assessment unless the assessment is part of the application process.
