Future employess for Accountant roles can be selected amongs Accounts Payables Clerks. The way it works, you start working in hospitality industry and then you can make your way up. Most of employees worked in varied roles from Waitress, Receptionist, Bar Managers in hotels and then via internal accor website had been selected for interview in Accounts Centre.
The interview is a skill review and there is a simple test.

Sometimes, they asked and give you a test based on your academic background.
I was not very ready for that but eventually, the result was positive.
