Went to a forum at the HQ and talked to all of the department managers that you are interested in. you will received an Email within 2 weeks to schedule an interview. The interview was very nice and smooth, basically asking questions of your cv and might ask you to elaborate what you have did and what is related to CRM. It's better to go to the forum and to have a better knowledge of the company's' strategies and trends for the following years (they will give a speech about it) you can also ask questions to better understand your role before the interview.
