Primera entrevista por teléfono. Segunda entrevista con tu futuro jefe. RRHH sólo estaba centrado en buscar a alguien que encajase en sus muy reducidas condiciones económicas, no fue posible negociar si quiera un vehículo de empresa que era imprescindible para desarrollar el trabajo.

Interview
Bastante neutro en general. Entrevista muy parecida al resto de competidores sin nada a recalcar. Entrevistadores majos y amables. Me ofrecieron cafe, no me habia pasado nuunca.
El puesto era de project manager para proyectos de renovables.
The whole process starts at Human Resources dep., where they conduct a behavioral interview. They may also ask you to have different an online tests, for personality and skills validation. If everything turns to be right, then you are interviewed by the line manager who holds the final decision.
