Will be interviewed by HR and by the project that requires people. This is technical and may include writing code and explaining it. For senior roles, you need great comms skills and english. You need to be able to talk to foreign colleagues.
Screening/HR Round – Focus on resume, communication skills, overall fit.
Technical Round(s) – Core round(s) where most filtering happens.
Managerial/Client Round – Scenario-based, problem-solving, stakeholder handling.
HR/Offer Discussion – Salary, joining, etc.
Simple interview. Straight forward questions. Basic syntax validation, 30 mins. And on sql. Basic joins, groupby questions. How many words more left. How many more words left. I dont remember most of the questions but it was fairly simple.
