This was for the Talent Advancement Program. The recruitment process was very slow. Had to find two different referrals until I was let into the process. There were three stages: Recruiter call>Consultant interview>Manager interview. It took around 2 weeks to move from each stage to the next. Never heard back after my last interview. Had to contact my recruiter several times to hear that they have slowed down hiring.
