Included four phases and it moved quickly. The first interview was with a knowledgeable recruiter. Very pleasant and in depth. Second was with someone in the service group and included behavior based interview items. The final were face to face interviews in office with two MDs. Both were pleasant and informative, very open ended and required you to drive the conversation.
