Accenture MC Delivery Associate interview questions

There were 3 rounds, first round was basic case and general introduction questions then second round was totally case based on my team which is song and in that we look for customer experience and how would I define it. Last round was just HR questions.

The interview was taken in two phases. The first phase was more of a general knowledge test. The second phase was a technical and consultancy round, where individuals were tested on their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
