Accenture Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Very easy and when they need someone and if you are luck and looking for work permit it is nice. They just ask something to introduce yourself and evaluate your soft skill

Interview process was simple. First round was an HR round. After that we had two more rounds as well out of which the third one was an email writing test. I was informed that I would get a call within 48 hours if I clear the HR round
