Accenture Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Application online, no cover letter. I had a first pre interview with an HR where I was asked if I was comfortable with the role/salary and benefits. A few days later I was invited to an interview with the team lead and a senior member of the team.

It wasn’t complex and it was strange to the point. My interviewer was kind and informative. We didn’t do a fave to face. I did have to complete a background check as well.
