I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Chennai) in Oct 2023
Interview
Accenture’s interview process for engineering roles typically involves multiple stages, starting with resume screening followed by an online assessment covering aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming. Shortlisted candidates then face a technical interview, where knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, and coding is evaluated. This is followed by an HR or managerial interview focusing on communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and cultural fit. The process is structured to assess both technical expertise and soft skills, ensuring candidates align with Accenture’s dynamic, client-focused work environment.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
