It is composed by three parts: -Telephone Interview: They just ask you the regular stuff (why Reply, why consultancy, tell me about you etc). -Face to face interview with HR: It is composed by three parts: 1) They give you papers to fill in concerning your academic background (a list of your courses), your job experience, IT skills and they have some Psychometric questions too. 2) Then you have the same kind of interview like the one you had on the telephone 3) They ask you to present/explain to them a technology (Could, Big Data etc) in simple words like they have no idea about it. -Assessment Center: 1)Group work with other applicants, 2)Prepare your own presentation about a theme that you will be given 3)Psychometric Test 4)Last Interview

Group interview: Self intro, group discussion (standard) 2nd group: In person, case study interview (difficult), give 5 minute of preparation on a material. Then asked 8 ppl to propose a complete solution to said requirement
