I applied in-person. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong, Rizal) in Apr 2015
Interview
First step is an exam which consists of logic and english test. If you pass, language assessment is the next step. The interviewer will just determine on how proficient you are in conversing in English language so there are no right or wrong answers in this stage. Next step is, HR interview.
Make sure you bring all your requirements complete particularly for TOR. HR processing is bad in Accenture due to the volume of applicants.
Note to fresh graduate: You need all your grades all completely encoded in your COG/TOR before you apply.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
