I applied online through their website as a placement student. It then involved one telephone interview and one face to face meeting. I then got an offer on their one year industrial placement. After completing I would be offered a place on their graduate scheme once I graduated with at least a 2:1.

Tell me about what you know of the software development lifecycle?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
