Primer email para concretar una entrevista telefónica con RRHH. La charla se programó en 20 minutos, y duró cerca de 1hora, parte en inglés, preguntas variadas sobre experiencia laboral. Segundo email para avanzar con una charla técnica, parte de inglés, posibilidad de un pequeño ejercicio, se podía extender hasta 20 minutos y en total tomó cerca de una hora con muchas preguntas sobre mi experiencia y tecnologías varias que necesitaban para cubrir el puesto que estaban buscando.

I was initially screened for the backend developer position and invited for assessment.Post assessment i was asked to attend the interview.The interview went well and Hr contacted me for salary discussion and asked to submit required documents.After which again another round was conducted and by evening got mail claiming the skills does not matched with the position

As it was my second interview I am a fresher, my friend referred me, and I was a little tense, but the interviewer was very calm; his responses were not rude, and he clearly understood me.
