I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Madrid) in Jan 2019
Interview
I had applied online through a student/recent graduate employment job site popular in Spain. I was then contacted via email by the European Talent Advisor to answer some routine questions. A Portuguese HR contact called me to review again these same routine questions and to finally schedule a phone interview. Next, I was called by a Team Lead/HR contact, who proceeded to give me more details on the job offer in Spanish. Afterwards, part of the interview was done in English. Once the interview was done, my selection process was to be evaluated. Two days later I received another phone call by an HR contact who told me I was accepted and proceeded to offer me the job. I was sent all the information spoken via phone to my email and given more than enough time to make a final decision.
I declined the offer because the salary was low, even with all the benefits added in and the taxes applied. To me it seemed I would always be doing the same task over and over again, which ultimately, isn't stimulating enough. Last of all, working in rotating shifts isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Question 1
What is the most graphic / violent content you have seen online? Which social media apps do you most frequently used? What languages do you speak? Do you have a work shift preference?
The entire interview process was exceptionally smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The recruiters were highly professional, providing clear timelines and prompt feedback after each round, which made the overall experience completely seamless and stress-free.
Two steps interview, in the first one the only ask about yourself and what do you expect from the job. They ask you the availability to work in shifts, during holidays ecc.
