I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2011
Interview
Campus recruiting process - 3 interviews - 1st: campus recruiter along with another consultant accompanied me to the interviewer. This was a chance to have small-talk. The actual interview was general talking about yourself-type questions. 2nd: several behavioural-type questions. Along with the campus recruiter, there were two consultants who were just there to just make conversation- I suppose to get a feel for how you interact with people. The 3rd I believe is supposed to be at the Accenture office, but I didn't move on after the 2nd interview.

One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY)
Interview
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
