I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Cincinnati, OH) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied in September and got invited for the first round interview, which was basically a screening interview. The last two was a confirming and a case interview. A week later, they notified me about my status. Overall, the interview process was ok, but the recruiters who I communicated with were unorganized and rushed through things. I honestly would not recommend Accenture because they don't value their candidates and seem to play politics for the most part. They also seem like they use and burn their employees out since they're such a large company.
pretty good, last for one hour
Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Apr 2026
Interview
One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY)
Interview
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
