I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Jun 2008
Interview
The interview was a walk-in in 2004 for the role of Team Lead (Microsoft technologies). Wasn't very tough, with regular anticipated technical questions.
This was followed by a junior HR round and then followed by a senior HR round. General behavioral questions.

Question 1
Senior HR Round - simulation of a tough resources to handle in the team, how to tackle the resource. Had to do a role play as team lead with the Senior HR playing the tough resource. No straight way to handle this. The expectation is not to loos cool and balance, and keep probing the resource for the root cause of the problem with the objective of getting your work done
It was very vague they were taking rounds of 15 mins and at last shortlisted all girls
No boy was selected
The Principal was very biased towards gender and that was very bad

Question 1
Do you have an experience of working on salesforce?
Very straightforward questions and answer. Typical know how. You will also be interviewed by the team who you will work with. So 2 sets of interviews. Just be yourself. Some interviewers are also kind enough
They conducted two rounds of interviews. The first round was technical, and the second (final) round was managerial.
I attended both interviews and cleared them. After that, they sent me another email inviting me to attend the first round again, i.e., a skill interview.
I sent a polite email asking whether the message was sent by mistake or if I was required to attend another interview. After that, they sent me a rejection email.
