I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
Normally campus recruitment. Easy aptitude test, objective in nature. Normally two rounds of interview. technical round of interview can be a bit tricky. They try to test your college gained knowledge to actual project conditions. HR interview is more relaxed. Once you clear these two rounds you are asked to attend Greenfield Training, wherein you are assigned technology and trained on it .
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
Communication skills were checked
